JRGL uses a minimum-information approach: collect only what is needed to run the program, keep student records out of public pages, and require parent or guardian involvement before private student saving is activated.
No exact grades, report cards, school documents, health records, advertising profiles, or public student leaderboards.
Registration and membership requests must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
When accounts return, role checks will separate student, family, and coach records. Private data is never placed in page URLs.
Payments, coach access, member roles, growth recognition, and team handicaps require JRGL review.

Information collectedHow information is usedChildren and parentsSecurity controlsParent choicesJRGL content and ideas1 • Information collected
Parent registration may include parent contact information, a player’s name, age or date of birth, division, skill level, selected games, partner request, emergency contact, essential allergy or accommodation notes, signed program agreements, and payment-verification details. Team-score forms may include player names, scores, and an optional scorecard. Sponsorship forms collect business contact information.
Private lockers may later include lesson notes, goals, drills, round statistics, club distances, and growth reports. Portal saving is currently disabled during owner review.
2 • Use and service providers
Information is used to organize games, build rosters, match partners, communicate with parents, support player development, review scores and handicaps, verify payments, maintain safety records, and recognize progress.
JRGL does not sell student information or use it for behavioral advertising. Operational records may be processed through Netlify for hosting and forms, and through JRGL-controlled Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Gmail for program administration and confirmations. Weather services receive the course location—not player information. Zelle activity takes place separately inside the parent’s bank.
3 • Children and parents
A parent or legal guardian should complete registrations, membership requests, consent choices, and any future student-account activation. Before saving information from a child under 13, JRGL should complete its parental notice and verifiable-consent process. Optional photo/video permission is separate and may be declined.
Students should use first names or preferred names inside private lockers where possible. They should never enter exact grades, report cards, school documents, addresses, phone numbers, medical records, passwords, or financial information in lesson, round, or growth notes.
4 • Security controls
No website can promise zero risk. Suspected account misuse, fraudulent messages, exposed information, or a security problem should be reported immediately to jupitergolfgansz@gmail.com. JRGL will preserve relevant records, restrict access where appropriate, and determine whether families, service providers, insurers, or authorities must be notified.
5 • Parent choices and retention
A parent or guardian may ask what information JRGL maintains about their child, request a correction, withdraw optional photo permission for future use, or request deletion when the information is no longer required for program, safety, accounting, insurance, dispute, or legal obligations. JRGL may verify the requester’s identity before acting.
JRGL should keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Do not send passwords, full financial account numbers, government identification, or medical documents by email.
6 • JRGL content and intellectual property
JRGL website copy, original graphics, photographs, code, lesson materials, scoring displays, and original screen designs may be protected by copyright. JRGL names and logos may function as trademarks when used to identify the program. No permission is granted to copy site content, impersonate JRGL, scrape private records, or use JRGL branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation.
General ideas, rules, methods, and reward concepts are not automatically protected by copyright. JRGL should keep dated source files, written ownership agreements with contractors, brand-use records, and confidential business material. Trademark or copyright registration and any patent or trade-secret strategy should be reviewed with a qualified intellectual-property attorney.
